Our wrestling team finishes up their season this week. We are wrestling in Lyons Tuesday at 4:30 and at our league tournament in Hesston Thursday at 3:00. The team will be dismissed from class at 2:30 for a 2:45 departure on Tuesday and dismissed at 1:00 for a 1:15 departure on Thursday.
Claire Heyen competes in the State Spelling Bee at Barton County Community College in Great Bend this Saturday, March 13th. The warm-up round is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Good Luck Claire!
Track and Field practices begin on Monday, March 22nd. It will be great having the new stadium facility for practices. Last year’s track season was very challenging without it! We host the first meet of the year on Thursday, April 1st. If you would like to work this meet, please call Robert Rempel.
The end of the 3rd Nine Weeks is this Thursday. We will not have classes on Friday to allow for a teacher staff development and work day.
Spring Break is next week. Let’s hope the warmer temperatures this weekend leads to truly spring-like weather during our week off!
